• Account and sign-in data, such as your email address, authentication provider identifiers, display name, and profile photo.
• Profile and social data, such as groups you join or create, memberships, friend or participant relationships, and user settings.
• User content, such as messages, uploaded images, game setup content, and other content you create or submit in the app.
• Gameplay and activity data, such as picks, predictions, jokers, loot, yahtzee records, scores, rankings, purchases within game mechanics, and other in-app actions.
• Notification data, such as push notification tokens and notification preference settings.
• Support and deletion request data, such as support emails, deletion requests, and records created to process those requests securely.
• Device and service operation data, such as error information, service logs, security signals, and limited technical information required to operate, maintain, and protect the service.

3. How we collect information

• Directly from you when you register, sign in, upload content, or contact us.
• From identity providers when you sign in with Apple or sign in with Google.
• From your use of So Predictable and its Firebase-backed features, including account, storage, messaging, and gameplay features.
• From service providers and technical systems used to secure, host, and support the app.

4. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve So Predictable.
• Create and manage accounts, sign-in flows, and profile records.
• Enable game, group, messaging, leaderboard, and account features.
• Store and display content you submit inside the app.
• Send operational and gameplay-related notifications.
• Provide customer support and process deletion requests.
• Detect abuse, cheating, fraud, security incidents, and policy violations.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Support unpaid experiences with advertising, including non-personalized ads where configured.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with the following categories of recipients when necessary to operate the service or comply with law:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers, including Google Firebase services used for authentication, database, storage, functions, and related app operations.
• Authentication providers, including Apple and Google, when you choose those sign-in methods.
• Advertising providers, including AdMob, to support unpaid app experiences.
• Professional advisors and legal recipients, where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or lawful request.
• Business transition recipients, if Sequentially LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

6. Advertising

So Predictable may show ads in unpaid experiences. Our current intended posture is to use non-personalized ads where configured. If our advertising practices materially change, we may update this Privacy Policy and any required store disclosures.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate So Predictable, protect the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

When you submit an account deletion request through the app, we aim to remove your live account data, including your profile, memberships, picks, messages, jokers, loot, yahtzee records, and related active in-app records. Some records may remain temporarily or be retained for limited periods where required for backup integrity, fraud prevention, security monitoring, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

8. Your choices and rights

• You can access, update, or delete certain information from within the app.
• You can request account deletion using the in-app deletion flow or by contacting [email protected].
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We will review and respond to valid requests as required by law.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage, or security control is guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy and eligibility

So Predictable is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through So Predictable, contact us and we will review the report and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of So Predictable after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated version will apply to future use of the service.
