Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

So Predictable is provided for entertainment and social gameplay purposes. Unless Sequentially LLC expressly states otherwise in writing, So Predictable does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, sportsbook services, casino services, or cash redemption of gameplay mechanics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use So Predictable. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf and that you are permitted to use the service.

You may use So Predictable only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are not prohibited from using the service.

3. Accounts and account security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details reasonably up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except to the extent caused solely by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use So Predictable for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users or third parties.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate gameplay, interfere with rankings, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, its infrastructure, or its security controls except as permitted by law.
• Use bots, scrapers, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools to access or misuse the service.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to So Predictable, subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms. You grant Sequentially LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content solely as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and support So Predictable.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content you provide and that your content does not violate law or the rights of others.

6. Gameplay mechanics and virtual items

Unless Sequentially LLC expressly states otherwise, points, picks, shares, jokers, loot, yahtzee records, rankings, and similar in-app mechanics are part of the entertainment experience only. They have no cash value, are not your property, are not bank deposits, and are not redeemable for money or items of real-world monetary value.

7. Intellectual property

So Predictable, including its software, design, graphics, branding, text, and other content provided by Sequentially LLC, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to So Predictable, or remove content, if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, investigate misconduct, address abuse or legal risk, or comply with law.

You may stop using So Predictable at any time. If your account is eligible, you may also request deletion through the in-app deletion flow described at /delete-account.

9. Disclaimers

So Predictable is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Sequentially LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sequentially LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to So Predictable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sequentially LLC for all claims arising out of or relating to So Predictable or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sequentially LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your misuse of So Predictable, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Arbitration and class-action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Sequentially LLC agree that disputes arising out of or relating to So Predictable or these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

You and Sequentially LLC also agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, coordinated, consolidated, or representative action.

Additional arbitration procedure details, including any opt-out rights, administrator selection, filing location, and notice process, should be finalized by counsel before public release.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the U.S. state selected in the final public release version of these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any court proceeding permitted under these Terms should be brought in the venue designated in that final release version.

This governing-law section is a placeholder and should be finalized before launch.

14. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may modify So Predictable or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, the website, or other reasonable means. By continuing to use the service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
